Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Requestii platform, including all
websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By using Requestii, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
• “Requestii” – Requestii Technologies and its affiliates
• “User” – any person or entity using the Platform
• “Client” – a user requesting services
• “Service Provider” – a freelancer or business offering services
• “SME” – small or medium enterprise advertising services
• “Content” – text, images, listings, reviews, messages
• “Transaction” – agreement between Client and Service Provider
2. Eligibility
You must:
• Be 18+ years old
You represent that:
• You can legally enter contracts
• Your information is accurate
3. Platform Role
Requestii is a neutral technology platform. We:
• Connect Clients and Service Providers using geolocation
• Enable advertising and discovery
We do not:
• Employ providers
• Guarantee service quality
• Control or supervise transactions
All agreements are strictly between users.
4. Account Registration & Security
You must:
• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
You are responsible for:
• All activity under your account
We may:
• Verify identity (KYC)
• Suspend accounts for risk or violations
• Disable access to information upon becoming aware of illegal information stored, or report to the relevant authority
• Receive notifications about unlawful activity or any other matter conducted contrary to any written laws
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Violate laws
• Scam, defraud, or mislead
• Post fake or false information, reviews, or listings
• Harass or abuse others
• Impersonate identities
• Use bots, scraping, or hacking
• Publish pornography
• Publish racist or xenophobic material
• Insult another person based on race, color, descent, nationality, ethnic origin, or religion
• Publish content constituting genocide or crimes against humanity
• Intimidate, harass, or cause emotional distress
• Violate intellectual property rights protected under any written laws
• Conspire with another person to commit an offence in any way
Violation may result in:
• Account suspension
• Permanent ban
• Legal action
6. Services & Listings
Service Providers must:
• Provide accurate descriptions
• Deliver services as agreed
• Set fair pricing
Clients must:
• Pay agreed amounts
• Provide necessary information
• Act in good faith
Requestii may:
• Remove misleading listings
• Limit visibility
• Moderate content
7. Payments, Wallet & Escrow System
7.1 Payment Processing
Payments may be handled via:
• Requestii Wallet
• Third-party providers
7.2 Escrow System
Funds may be held in escrow until service completion.
Funds are released when:
• Client approves, or
• Dispute is resolved
7.3 Fees
Requestii may charge:
• Commission fees
• Withdrawal fees
• Advertising fees
All fees are disclosed.
7.4 Withdrawals
Service Providers may withdraw earnings subject to:
• Verification
• Minimum thresholds
• Processing timelines
7.5 Refunds
Refunds may occur if:
• Service not delivered
• Service is materially different
Refund decisions may be made by Requestii at its discretion.
7.6 Off-Platform Transactions
Users agree not to:
• Circumvent Requestii
• Take payments outside the platform
Violation may result in:
• Permanent ban
• Loss of funds
8. Dispute Resolution System
8.1 User Responsibility
Users should first attempt to resolve matters amicably by mediator or arbitrator.
8.2 Requestii Intervention
We may:
• Review messages and evidence
• Issue refunds or releases
• Suspend accounts
8.3 Final Authority
Requestii decisions may be final regarding:
• Escrow funds
• Platform enforcement
9. Ratings & Reviews
Clients may leave reviews. Reviews must be:
• Honest
• Non-defamatory
We may:
• Remove fake or abusive reviews
• Adjust ratings
10. Content & Intellectual Property
10.1 User Content
You retain ownership. You grant Requestii a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:
• Display
• Promote
• Improve the Platform
10.2 Platform Ownership
All Platform rights belong to Requestii. You may not:
• Copy or resell the system
• Reverse engineer
• Use branding without permission
11. Privacy & Data
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may:
• Process user data
• Use analytics
• Improve services
12. Third-Party Services
We may use:
• Payment processors
• Maps APIs
• Hosting services
We are not responsible for third-party failures.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
• Terms are violated
• Fraud is detected
• Required by law
Users may stop using the Platform anytime.
14. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided: “As is” and “As available”.
We do not guarantee:
• Service quality
• User reliability
• Continuous uptime
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Requestii shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss
of profits, revenue, or data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Requestii and should not exceed Tanzania shillings Five
Million per transaction (Tsh 5,000,000).
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Requestii from:
• Claims arising from your use of the Platform
• Violations of these Terms
• Disputes with other users
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes between Requestii and
client/worker shall be resolved amicably by either mediator or arbitrator pursuant to the Tanzania Arbitration Act of 2020.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms:
• To reflect changes in services
• To comply with laws
• To prevent abuse
We will provide notice for material changes.
19. Miscellaneous
• These Terms do not create employment or partnership relationships
• If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable
• Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver
